Holst, Law Firm provides specialised advisory services to several Danish municipalities and regions. Our competencies include liability for public authorities incurred in relation to environmental legislation, planning legislation, public administration as well as social and health legislation.

Our field of advisory expertise include environmental and pollution liability, liability for waste-water treatment facilities, watercourses, natural protection, the operation of harbours, expropriation and municipal law matters, including matters pertaining to financing and the raising of loans.

We also provide assistance in proceedings brought before the Danish courts that involve the hearing of administrative acts of relevance to the Danish municipalities and regions.
