Holst, has extensive experience in providing advisory services to private and public undertakings, including Danish municipalities and regions, local authority undertakings, utilities etc. in connection with outsourcing activities, public procurement and Public Private Partnerships.

The services offered by our procurement specialists range from the answering of isolated legal queries, orally and/or in writing, to the drafting of comprehensive memoranda on complex procurement issues and the completion of procurement and outsourcing activities.

In addition, we conduct litigation before the Public Contracts Appeals Board and the ordinary Danish courts in connection with procurement law cases.

All of the above makes us highly qualified within the field of general procurement law and in connection with the interface issues that often occur between private law, corporate law and public law.
