Louie currently focuses predominantly on insolvency law and the administration of bankruptcy estates, including legal actions over avoidance and/or management liability. He particularly enjoys assignments that require the combining of legal perspectives with commercial considerations, especially ones that can be approached from more than one angle.

A skilled communicator, Louie offers concise, succinct and straightforward advice and engages with everyone, whether clients or opponents, on equal terms and in a down-to-earth manner.

Louie also takes a particular interest in litigation finance, having gained valuable experience through his past internship with Litigium Capital AB in Stockholm, Sweden.
