Dealing primarily with financial creditors, Søren advises on all aspects of insolvency law, including creditor rights and assessing lender guarantees.

His practice includes court-ordered and out-of-court restructurings of failing companies, business transfers and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as any and all related liability and avoidance proceedings.

Søren has particular experience handling distressed exposures in the real estate sector, including real estate groups, contractors, and agricultural undertakings. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in some of the biggest bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings in these areas.

He is certified by the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers.
