Jonas has extensive experience as an adviser on M&A, investments and general company law.

He advises domestic and international clients on the full range of M&A transactions, covering all stages of the process – from initial negotiation and due diligence over the negotiation and drafting of transaction documents and through to closing.

Jonas also advises on the drafting and negotiation of shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts as well as on general company law, including the legal aspects of company formation, mergers and demergers and other forms of corporate reorganisations.
