About Anne Sofie
Anne Sofie predominantly advises on construction law, assisting clients in all stages of construction projects – from contract signing over project implementation and all the way through to any proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.
She has particular experience with complicated building projects, including major arbitration cases, expert appraisals, registration meetings, and settlement negotiations. She also advises on real estate and issues relating to building projects.
Anne Sofie especially appreciates the legal discipline of construction law for the way it combines law with technical expertise and practical application. She enjoys delving into complex contract documents and linking them to actual on-site conditions.
She also greatly appreciates the type of close collaboration she will usually have with the client, typically one of the parties to the construction. Her primary objective is to never lose sight of what is in her client's best interests and steer the case towards the best possible solution – be that to see an arbitration case through to completion or to opt for a settlement.
