Eva especially prepares and conducts cases pertaining to tort and insurance law. She assists both Danish and international clients with strategical litigation and mostly represents several of the greatest insurance companies in Denmark.

Eva is convinced that the best advice and safeguarding of the client’s interests not only calls for thorough knowledge of the case at issue, but also a broad understanding of and insight to the client’s situation.

Not only is Eva good at communicating legal contents when attending to the written preparation of her cases and during litigation in court; since 2019, she has also taught business law under the HD programme, and has previously taught property law under the BSc programmes in law at Aarhus University.
