About Andreas
Andreas has more than 25 years of experience, mainly in the restructuring of ailing businesses, where his assistance also includes management consultancy services, interim management, and creditor representation. Clients also frequently seek his assistance for the transfer of distressed businesses and other insolvency law issues.
He has argued numerous insolvency cases before the Danish Supreme Court and is an appointed permanent trustee of the Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen.
Andreas also advises on general commercial law issues, always favouring a business-oriented, value-adding and proactive approach, and is commended by clients and peers for his ability to fuse unparalleled legal expertise with creative and client-centric solutions.
