Camilla heads our HR activities, liaising closely with management and our group of partners to manage key processes such as recruitment, onboarding of employees, appraisal interviews, employee satisfaction surveys, and everything HR-related in general.

Deeply involved in the development and implementation of corporate strategy, internally as well as externally, she offers strategic support and guidance to management and skilfully coordinates a multitude of projects.

Camilla also occupies a key position in our marketing activities, not least our employer branding efforts and events.
