Oscar works in our insolvency and restructuring practice.

Especially the combination of procedural, theoretical and practical aspects of insolvency law appeals to him because of the variation it brings and the challenges it poses.

He also values having direct contact with so many different players and stakeholders – debtors, creditors, banks, etc. – requiring of him not only legal expertise but human insight, too.

Previously, as part of his law studies, Oscar also studied at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, Italy, and at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
