We also assist in setting up whistleblower schemes and advising on the many GDPR issues that arise during their implementation and use – in particular, the possible content of the whistleblower scheme and fulfilment of the duty to inform data subjects in the event of reports and investigations.
As an alternative to employing a Data Protection Officer (DPO) within your organisation, we offer a DPO service to handle all the tasks and ongoing training that the GDPR requires of a DPO. The service can be scaled up or down to suit your company’s needs.
