We work routinely with a wide range of associations, advising them on all legal matters, including the purchase and sale of land, the establishment and construction of new complexes, rental, renovation of existing complexes, resident democracy, personal data law, employment conditions, and the duties of the board.<\/p>\n

Drawing on our vast experience and knowledge of general housing matters, we assist with everything from large and complex projects, such as the implementation of development plans and master plans, to smaller and more common tasks like rent setting and evictions.\u00a0 We always focus on ensuring smooth and simple processes, never losing sight of the fact that all decisions made in respect of a housing association have very real consequences for the residents of that association.<\/p>\n
