Our years of experience advising on the managing of distressed exposures have earned us the trust of many clients in the financial sector who have come to rely on us as their preferred advisor.<\/p>\n

We assist financial creditors, and their clients, with advice on restructuring, refinancing, raising capital, and establishing guarantees. In cases where a company\u2019s financial difficulties prove too great to be resolved outside the legal system, the bankruptcy court will often appoint us as restructuring administrator\/trustee \u2013 at the request of our partners in the financial sector. We are also greatly experienced in the handling of forced sales in the business community.<\/p>\n

To successfully manage a distressed exposure, it is essential that the advisors involved know the specific commercial conditions in the given sector.<\/p>\n

We have considerable experience advising businesses in the manufacturing and real estate industries especially, e.g. construction companies, agricultural businesses, and real estate groups.\u00a0 During the financial crisis and afterwards, we assisted numerous major Danish real estate groups on restructurings and out-of-court settlements.
