Projects, agreements and dispute resolution
We have many years of experience advising contracting entities, buyers, suppliers, subcontractors, advisers and financial partners in a wide range of IT projects. Projects we have advised on include major ICT endeavours encompassing development, implementation and maintenance/operation, including outsourcing and hosting.
In the context of contracts and dispute resolution, our expertise has been sought i.a. for major K01-, K02- and K03-standard systems deliveries and also for contracts building on current and previous SKI standard agreements such as 02.15 (IT consulting), 02.17 (IT consultants), 02.18 (IT solutions and projects), 02.19 (SaaS – Cloud) and 02.22 (IT operating capacity) – including related subcontracting agreements. We have also advised on contracts based on various customised agreements (e.g. supply agreements).
Our breadth of experience has given us a keen appreciation of what is relevant and essential for any given actor and any given project, enabling us to offer value-adding and bespoke advice, not least in relation to planning and execution of tenders for the supply of large and complex deliveries – whether in the field of classic IT and telecom services or in more construction-like procurement scenarios like tenders for technical installations.
