In addition, Anders has substantial experience in buying and selling distressed real property, development property, etc, and Anders is an experienced litigator having handled a great number of court cases, arbitration cases and other disputes.

Anders is certified as an insolvency law practitioner by the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers, and he also forms part of the Danish Debt Collection Agency’s panel of lawyers under the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
