Simon provides advice on a wide range of issues pertaining to construction law and in all phases of the construction.

Simon is especially engaged in conducting legal actions and arbitration between the parties to a construction contract about large construction works and complex contractual matters.

During the preparation and conducting of such cases, Simon particularly ensures at an early point in time to obtain an overview of the details of the case in order to rest his advice and litigation on such details. Of course, it is also quite crucial to Simon that his advice and litigation always represent the client’s requests and interests.

Since 2020, Simon has taught property law (contract law) at the University of Aarhus.

Simon also has a background as a police officer and has served with Østjyllands Politi during 2010-2016. At the same time as serving as a full-time police officer investigating organised crime pertaining to unjust enrichment, Simon also attended to his full-time law studies.
