She advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, covering everything from employment contracts to dismissals, severance agreements, bonus agreements and more. She also proficiently tackles employment law issues arising in bankruptcies and business transfers.

Anne also assists in bankruptcy proceedings, lending her expertise to matters of contract, sales, settlements, avoidance investigations, etc., and also sits on our AI working group.
