This includes court-ordered and out-of-court restructuring of failing companies, including business transfers and bankruptcy proceedings, and conducting related liability and annulment proceedings.

Søren has strong experience in handling distressed exposures in the real estate sector, including real estate groups and construction and agricultural companies. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in some of the larger bankruptcy cases and out-of-court reconstructions in these areas.
