A highly accomplished legal practitioner advising on a broad range of construction law issues, Simon offers tangible and expert advice in all phases of construction projects.

Clients especially rely on his expertise in the context of legal actions and arbitration between parties to contracts for major construction works and complex contractual matters.

Preparing and conducting such cases, Simon makes a point of always building an overview of the facts and details early on to inform his advice and strategy. He also works closely with his clients to ensure consistency with their desires and interests.

Simon has taught ‘Parts of property law (contract law)’ at the University of Aarhus since 2020.

Formerly a police officer, he served with the East Jutland Police from 2010-2016, investigating organised crimes of unjust enrichment while at the same time, from 2013 onwards, studying law full-time.
