FIDIC – Decades of experience with international construction projects

We have over 50 years of experience with international construction projects in Europe and on other continents, including contracts based on FIDIC. We can therefore offer specialist and dynamic advice at all stages of a construction project.

In the event of a legal dispute or conflict resolution, we also have extensive and specialised experience in the ordinary Danish courts and in arbitration.

Our experts in contract law have also contributed to textbooks relating to FIDIC contracts. Sørensen has written one of the most highly used guides to 2017 FIDIC contracts, “The FIDIC Companions”, published by ICE Publishing in the UK.
