Advising contracting entities, buyers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and financial partners is a significant part of what we do, and we have many years of experience with mediation, a powerful tool for resolving conflicts.

As mediators, we act as a neutral party and seek to bring the parties to a conflict together, bypassing the legal system with its often costly and protracted procedures. Mediation has proved to be a useful dispute resolution tool, yielding good results in relation to, inter alia, major systems deliveries, construction works, etc.
