Holst, assisted the Traberg-Larsen family throughout the transaction, from the initial discussions with Valedo Partners until Closing.
Compusoft A/S is a leading supplier to the experience industry of digital business solutions, including digital booking, ticketing and self-service solutions and provides services to companies operating within tourism, sports and culture.
Holst, assisted the client throughout the process from initial negotiations with Valedo Partners to Closing in January 2023.
