Holst, Advokater assists Kineco Group on its acquisition of Semvac A/S

Headquartered in Odense, Denmark, Semvac A/S designs and manufactures sanitation systems for trains and has a strong international outlook serving a number of international rail car builders and rail operators. The company has been owned by Wabtec Corporation, a US company, since 2017, but has now been acquired by the Indian Kineco Group.
