Holst, Advokater assists Contractbook on the sale of the company to Scrive

Founded in Copenhagen in 2016, Contractbook offers a digital contract management platform leveraging features such as customizable templates, automated workflows and seamless integrations to effectively manage the entire contract lifecycle – from drafting over signing to storage.

The acquiring company, Scrive, was founded in 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden, and is a leading provider of digital identity and signing solutions, providing secure and efficient signing processes to businesses and institutions across Europe.
