Holst, Advokater assists the owners of OnlinePOS on the sale of the company to Everfield

OnlinePOS, a leading Danish provider of digital point-of-sale (POS) solutions for the restaurant industry, has been sold to Everfield UK Limited.

Founded in 2008, OnlinePOS is based in Randers, Denmark, and has offices in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Oslo, Norway. The company specialises in flexible modular POS solutions and currently has a headcount of around 70.

Everfield is a long-term investor and growth accelerator for European B2B software companies.
