Holst, Advokater assists Brædstrup Implantat Center on strategic agreement with O Dental

We have assisted the owner of Brædstrup Implantat Center, one of the biggest dental care clinics in Denmark, on the conclusion of a strategic agreement with O Dental, the Danish branch of Nordic dental care organisation Oris Dental.

The agreement integrates Brædstrup Implantat Center, with its 50 employees, with Oris Dental/O Dental and the organisation’s approximately 130 clinics and 11 laboratories in Norway and Sweden. The organisation also runs Oris Academy, which offers high-quality courses and education for dental care professionals.
