Post pandemic M&A market
Anders Hedetoft, partner at Holst, Advokater and Gold Member of IR Global, and Johanne Buus Bilde, assistant attorney at Holst, Advokater and Rising Star of IR Global, contributed with an article for IR Global’s “Meet the Members” about the post pandemic impact to the M&A market, published on 20 April 2023.
The purpose of “Meet the Members” is to create a collaborative guide under IR Global providing collective audience, clients, and prospective clients an insight into doing business in Europe and neighbouring jurisdictions, thereby also enhancing the options of cross-border activity in the European region and developing the global network among members.
