We also advise on conflict resolution and negotiation tactics, always giving priority to anticipating potential conflicts so as to be able to prevent or defuse them.
Sometimes conflict is inevitable – but to us, no employment law conflict is well-resolved if afterwards the parties cannot look each other in the eye. We are happy to take up the fight but we also make sure to advise about possible alternative solutions and take the commercial implications into due consideration.
