We advise in all areas of employment and labour law for all types of private companies, foundations and associations, as well as municipalities and other public sector and semi-public sector companies.
We answer questions and help draw up contracts, clauses for employees and personnel handbooks, which are adapted to the needs of the company. We assist during negotiations with matters such as mass redundancies, company sales and acquisitions and collective bargaining – based on our extensive experience with cases involving collective agreements and major organisational changes. We also advise on conflict resolution and negotiating tactics. For us, anticipating and addressing potential conflict situations is one of our most important activities.
For us, satisfactory resolution of employment law issues also means being able to look each other in the eye after a potential conflict. We are happy to take up the fight, but we also provide alternative solutions that consider the commercial implications.
