Holst, Advokater assists the owners of KN Helicopters on the sale of the company to Avincis

Based in Esbjerg, Denmark, KN Helicopters has provided helicopter services to the offshore wind industry since 2016.

Now, in pursuit of the company’s development towards becoming an international market leader in the offshore wind market, the owners of KN Helicopters have agreed a sale of the business to leading European provider of airborne emergency response services, Avincis, which has therefore now purchased the company in a strategic acquisition.
