Victor handles mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, contract management, ESG, energy supply, commercial disputes, and corporate and commercial law.

He thrives on complex legal and commercial challenges requiring a coupling of in-depth analysis with strategic thinking. Whatever the task, he always aims for the solution that strikes the right balance between legal considerations and the commercial goals of his client.

He enjoys the multi-faceted aspects of advising on issues as diverse as transactions, dispute resolution and corporate and commercial law, appreciating the challenge of combining legal expertise with a keen understanding of business dynamics.

Victor was seconded to HCR Law, London, from April 2025 to July 2025, gaining valuable international experience.

Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and also at the pre moot organised by Aarhus University.
