Jakob has extensive experience in business transfers (M&A), joint ventures, company law and international business contracts, including intellectual property and competition law issues.

Over the past 25 years, Jakob has helped Danish and foreign companies with business transfers, including cross-border transactions, international joint ventures, international contracts, and supply, distribution/agent and licensing agreements.

Jakob has represented Danish clients in transactions and negotiations in many countries, inside and outside the EU.
