Svend serves as a lawyer for various housing associations, public sector authorities and companies, with emphasis on matters relating to procurement law, contract law and real estate.

Svend takes a solution-oriented approach to managing complex projects and disputes, so that the original goals and plans are met and unnecessary conflicts are avoided. For many years, he has coordinated major government and semi-government projects and has assisted both public and private sector parties in disputes arising from them.

Svend has an ability to explain complex legal matters in a simple and easy-to-understand way. He has previously served as an external lecturer in public procurement at Aarhus University, and he still often teaches – now for clients and partners.
