Advising on public contracts and public procurement is a cornerstone of our consultancy services, whether our assistance is sought by public authorities or private enterprises.

Vastly experienced in all aspects of tendering, we advise on the duty to call for tenders, tender strategy, the drafting of tender documents – including contracts, conducting dialogue and negotiation meetings, and drafting and/or reviewing applications and tenders. Clients seek our advice for everything from major works and IT contracts to smaller supply and service contracts. We always focus on the particular type of contract being tendered so as to be sure the methods and procedures we apply ensure an optimum use of time and resources for all involved.

Our advice always seeks to avoid unnecessary conflict. However, where dispute is unavoidable, we have substantial experience conducting public procurement cases both before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and in court.
