About Erik
For more than 25 years, Erik has advised on business transfers (M&A), company law, energy and utilities, and general business law and contracts.
During the past 10 years, Erik has served as a lawyer representing either the buyer or seller in more than 50 transactions in a range of sectors. He has also been a permanent advisor to companies in the energy and utilities sector for many years.
Erik has often provided management advice in the overlap between strategic, commercial and legal considerations.
