Kristian has earned a reputation as one of Denmark’s most professionally founded litigators, drawing on his extensive practical and academic experience.

Kristian works with dispute resolution across a broad range of legal areas, including government administration law and liability of public authorities, legal obligation issues and cases where the statutory period has expired. During casework, Kristian combines his deep insight into the more technical aspects of civil procedure and fundamental legal obligations with his understanding of commercial and local government considerations.

The interplay between a solid academic foundation and strong practical experience is supported through Kristian’s work as a PhD fellow and lecturer in civil procedure law.
